low-e glass is an energy-saving glass which is also known as Low-E Glass and has very high efficiency. Low Emissivity is abbreviated to Low-E, meaning low radiation. Usually a thin layer of metal or metallic oxide covering on the face of such a glass will be used to provide good reflection to infrared rays while allowing visible one through.
